Grinding Machine

Grinding Machine – Used to remove surface defects on billets, improving overall billet quality. Functions include full-surface grinding, spot grinding, and corner grinding.

Magnetic Particle Flaw Detector

Magnetic Particle Flaw Detector – Magnetizes billets using magnetic coils. Fluorescent magnetic powder adheres to surface defects, which glow under UV light, allowing inspectors to identify flaw locations and scope.

Rolling Mill

Rolling Mill – A combination of horizontal and vertical rolling stands in the roughing and intermediate sections, followed by a no-twist finishing block. This line rolls billets into products in required sizes.

Walking Beam Reheating Furnace

Walking Beam Reheating Furnace – Heats small billets through preheating, heating, and soaking zones, raising temperature above 1,100°C before feeding to the rolling line.

Shot Blasting Machine

Shot Blasting Machine – Cleans billet surfaces using steel shot to reveal surface defects. Broken shot is separated and collected via dust collectors, preventing environmental pollution.
