Vertical Wire Drawing Machine – Removes oxide layers from wire rod surfaces through mechanical descaling and draws them to the desired core diameter for thread rod production, then coils them onto carriers.
Straightening & Cutting Machine – Straightens and cuts the drawn and coiled wire into the required lengths for threaded rod processing.
Thread Rolling Machine – After straightening and cutting, wire rods are processed into pearl-threaded or sharp-threaded rods by applying strong pressure using thread rolling dies. This type of machine ensures finer surface quality, high precision, and is especially suitable for mass production.
Packing Machine – Binds and packages the finished pearl-threaded and sharp-threaded rods.
