Designated Unit: The Board of Directors has authorized the Management Department as the dedicated ESG unit.

Responsibilities: Responsible for planning and allocating the annual ESG budget, organizing and implementing various ESG-related activities, and compiling the Sustainability Report.

Operations: The Management Department has formed an ESG team, with the Deputy General Manager of the department serving as the Chair, the Department Manager as the Executive Director, and the two Plant Managers, General Affairs, and HR representatives from the Management Department as ex-officio members.

Meetings: Quarterly review meetings are held, and the implementation status is reported to the Board of Directors at the end of each year.
