To ensure workplace safety, our company continuously promotes initiatives such as the “Proposal Improvement System” and “5S Activities” to enhance the work environment. We implement “Self-Inspections” and conduct “Management Walkthroughs” led by senior executives to ensure equipment safety. Regular “Workplace Environment Monitoring,” “Health Checkups,” and “Special Physical Examinations” are conducted, and employees identified in Level 2 or above health risk categories are monitored for work safety. We provide essential PPE including uniforms, safety shoes, and earplugs/muffs, and require employees to use them as prescribed to prevent injury. Safety and health education is provided for new and current employees to raise awareness, and disaster drills are conducted regularly to strengthen preventive measures and emergency response procedures in the event of an incident. In addition to complying with government regulations, the company has established a comprehensive “Occupational Safety and Health Promotion and Management Policy,” outlining various safety regulations, operating guidelines, and codes of conduct. A clear safety organization structure defines duties and responsibilities. Regular “Occupational Safety and Health Committee” meetings are held to ensure implementation and continuous improvement toward a zero-accident workplace. To further strengthen our occupational safety and health management system and protect employees from workplace hazards, the Guantian Plant has implemented and been certified under the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS 18001).
