Dedicated Personnel and Implementation Status The Company has established a "Corporate Governance Unit" responsible for planning corporate governance and ethical business practices. Its primary duties include providing directors with necessary information to perform their duties, updating them on the latest legal developments related to company operations, and assisting them in legal compliance.

The "Corporate Governance Officer" reports at least once a year to the Board of Directors on the implementation status of the Company's corporate governance and ethical business practices.

Corporate governance activities in 2024 were carried out as follows: Coordinated and arranged “on-site training” courses to ensure board members completed at least 6 credits of continuing education. Procured appropriate Directors and Officers (D&O) liability insurance.
Held irregular communication meetings with accountants, independent directors, audit and finance heads to strengthen the internal control and auditing system.
Meeting records are available on the Company’s website.
Drafted board meeting agendas and notified directors at least seven days in advance.
Convened meetings and provided materials; gave prior reminders regarding recusal from conflict-of-interest topics. Completed meeting minutes within twenty days after each meeting.
Planned to hold corporate investor conferences in 2024 focusing on business performance; participated in investor forums irregularly; and set up an investor relations team to maintain multiple communication channels with investors.
Carried out pre-registration of shareholders’ meeting date as required by law; prepared meeting notices, agendas, and minutes within statutory deadlines; handled amendments to the Articles of Incorporation and change of director registration when necessary.
