Corporate Sustainability Governance Structure
In line with the vision and mission of the Company’s ESG policy, a “Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee” has been established.
Organizational Execution
Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee:
The Committee is chaired by the head of corporate governance. The Management Department serves as the dedicated unit responsible for promoting corporate sustainability and business integrity.
Responsibilities:

• Planning and allocating the annual corporate sustainability budget
• Organizing and implementing various sustainability-related activities
• Compiling the “Sustainability Report”

The Committee holds quarterly review meetings. At the end of each year, the head of corporate governance reports the execution results and future work plans to the Board of Directors.
The 2023 (Year 112) Sustainability Report was presented by the head of corporate governance to the Board on August 13, 2024, covering management policies, strategies, goal-setting, and review measures.
